Returns & Exchanges Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. This gives you adequate time to inspect your grilling equipment and ensure it meets your standards.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:
- In original packaging with all tags and labels attached
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
- Free of any damage, wear, or alterations
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Charcoal & Pellets (opened packages)
- Charcoal Lighters (flammable materials)
- Brushes & Cleaning Tools (hygiene products)
- Any products that have been used, installed, or assembled
- Items missing original packaging or documentation
Return & Exchange Process
Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:
- Contact Our Team: Email us at [email protected] with your return/exchange request within 15 days of receiving your order
- Provide Information: Include your order number, product details, and reason for return/exchange using the template below
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions
- Ship Your Item: Package the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: 3-5 business days to process
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable for changed mind returns.
Exchange Process
For exchanges, the process is similar to returns. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll ship the replacement product using your preferred shipping method. If the exchange item costs more than the original, you’ll need to pay the difference plus any additional shipping costs.
